About the role
Ascentech is looking for a proactive Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Lagos showroom. You will ensure smooth store activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and keep accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain attractive showroom displays, ensuring products are well‑arranged and properly labeled.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Prepare routine sales and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience supervising in a supermarket or retail environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and inventory‑management abilities.
