About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales & Operations Associate to join our fashion store in Lagos. The role blends front‑of‑house sales duties with behind‑the‑scenes operational tasks, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and efficient store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales to meet individual and store targets.
• Promote new arrivals, sales campaigns, and special offers while upselling and cross‑selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, complaints, exchanges and returns professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean and organized.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily operational procedures.
• Build and nurture long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of retail experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for fashion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and work collaboratively with the store team.
