About the role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our client’s store in Lagos. You will deliver excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers.
- Recommend suitable products and promote ongoing campaigns.
- Process purchases accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory counts.
- Resolve customer enquiries promptly.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE/OND qualification.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Willingness to work shifts.
