Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operations in Port Harcourt. You will drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring SOPs, cleanliness, safety and service standards are met.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, monitor performance and implement productivity improvements.
• Lead, train and motivate staff, create schedules, conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and build lasting relationships.
• Track sales, expenses and budgets, control costs and manage inventory and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS systems.
