Remote Telesales Executive – Full Remote, Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Telesales Executive to join our dynamic recruitment agency. Working from home, you will generate new business, promote our services and help clients across multiple sectors find the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records.
• Provide feedback to management to improve sales processes.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and ability to stay motivated.
• Reliable internet connection, power supply and a quiet dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
