Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

BeSocial, a remote‑first creator commerce platform under PowerShop, is looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to shape its mobile and backend products. You will work on iOS, Android (React Native) and web applications, delivering secure payment and social video features for creators and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a high‑performance environment.
• Design, develop, test and deploy scalable solutions for mobile (iOS, Android) and backend (Node.js) services.
• Drive e‑commerce and fintech initiatives, building payment, bill‑pay, money‑transfer and in‑app purchase functionalities.
• Architect and implement a social‑video platform similar to TikTok for Web 3.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, well‑documented code, conduct unit and integration testing, and participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with mobile development trends and proactively improve the codebase.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a full‑stack software developer.
• Strong background in mobile development, preferably with React Native.
• Proven experience delivering secure, user‑friendly payment solutions.
• Ability to lead a small engineering team and mentor junior members.
