Remote LLM Agentic Trainer (Programmer)

About the role

Turing is seeking remote freelancers to validate and improve training data for agentic AI systems. You will work with function‑calling methods and large‑scale datasets to ensure high‑quality inputs for cutting‑edge language models.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and maintain strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guides for dataset preparation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any programming language for data handling.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Expertise in handling JSON structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP best practices.
