Remote Junior Backend Developer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Backend Developer to join our remote team. You will work on building and maintaining server‑side applications that power digital marketing, website design, and development projects for startups and established brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services using Python, PHP, or Golang.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain code quality with version control tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Work within Linux server environments and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Apply software design patterns, especially microservice and broker architectures.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a backend developer.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with MVC frameworks and front‑end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
