Remote Golang Developer – Up to $80/hr

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our distributed team on a contract basis. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and an attractive hourly rate. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality Go applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Go.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Improve development processes and engineering practices.
• Document system architecture, codebases, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Go programming and application development.
• Solid understanding of Go language constructs and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed system architectures.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
