About the role

Join Clipboard Health as a Remote Full Stack Developer to build and enhance an app‑based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with facilities. You will work on a product with strong market fit, helping millions access on‑demand healthcare talent.

Key responsibilities

• Write scalable, performant code using Typescript, React, NestJS, and Node.js.
• Develop reusable components and utilities for web and mobile applications.
• Create robust, reliable features for internal teams and external users.
• Execute the full software development life‑cycle: design, development, testing, demo, and production support.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed, fully remote engineering team.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced startup environments, preferably having built mobile and web apps.
• Comfort speaking with customers and translating feedback into product improvements.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to dive deep into technical problems while communicating progress regularly.
