Remote Front-End Engineer (React/TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Front‑End Engineer to join Bebop, a decentralized trading platform focused on delivering a superior DeFi user experience. You will build and maintain both customer‑facing and internal trading applications, shaping the front‑end architecture and technology choices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑performance front‑end applications using React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and back‑end engineers to deliver scalable, user‑centric features.
• Participate in the design and selection of front‑end infrastructure such as CDNs, Cloudflare and web servers.
• Contribute to internal trading tools and help improve overall system architecture.
• Provide code examples and documentation for the components you create.

Required profile

• Passionate about building useful products that enhance the trading experience.
• Comfortable working remotely while aligning with hub locations (New York, London, Singapore, Sydney).
• Self‑motivated and able to take ownership of front‑end decisions.

Required skills

• Node.js and npm
• JavaScript and TypeScript
• React (with demonstrable projects)
• Basic understanding of CDN, Cloudflare or similar web‑server technologies
• Familiarity with Web3 concepts (optional)
• Python knowledge (optional)
