Remote Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (E‑Commerce Outreach)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Remote Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to drive revenue for partner brands through targeted e‑commerce outreach. You will engage shoppers via email, SMS and live chat to recover abandoned carts and increase average order value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact customers with abandoned carts at critical moments to close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell opportunities to boost order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a friction‑free checkout experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach scripts and campaign strategies.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize conversion tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication skills and a conversion‑focused mindset.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
