Remote Content Writer (WordPress)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote content writer to create engaging blog posts, tutorials and guides that showcase the capabilities of our Gravity Forms add‑ons for WordPress users.

Key responsibilities

• Research and explore Gravity Forms and Gravity Perks builds to produce clear, step‑by‑step tutorials.
• Write blog posts, guides and documentation that educate and entertain WordPress developers.
• Create supporting visuals such as screenshots, GIFs or short videos to illustrate key steps.
• Develop content outlines independently and propose new topic ideas based on user feedback and product usage.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and customer needs.
• Update existing documentation and draft announcements for new product releases.

Required profile

• Prolific writer with strong attention to detail and a passion for clear communication.
• Self‑starter capable of managing their own schedule and roadmap.
• Collaborative team player who communicates effectively with marketing and support colleagues.
• Enthusiastic about WordPress and the plugin ecosystem.

Required skills

• Excellent written English.
• Experience creating technical content for WordPress audiences.
• Familiarity with Gravity Forms or similar form plugins.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Ability to use LocalWP or comparable local development environments.
