About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join NoGigiddy as Remote Chat Support Agents. This entry‑level position allows you to work from anywhere while being the first point of contact for our users, helping them navigate the platform and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about NoGigiddy services and available gig opportunities.
• Assist users with platform navigation and troubleshoot any problems they encounter.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem‑solving.
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
