Remote Advanced AI Data Trainer

About the role

Invisible Technologies is looking for a Remote Advanced AI Data Trainer to help shape the behavior of cutting‑edge AI models. You will work from anywhere, collaborating with a team of experts to improve AI’s ability to read, write, summarize and interpret meaning safely and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Create model conversation examples, acting as both the user and the AI to guide learning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for factual accuracy, safety and relevance.
• Test the AI’s limits by deliberately prompting mistakes and providing feedback.
• Recommend adjustments to training processes and help refine recovery methods.

Required profile

• New graduates, career changers, or anyone passionate about language and technology.
• Enjoy creative writing, critical thinking and documenting thought processes.
• Curious about how language works and eager to learn continuously.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours aligned to EST or PST.
