Remote Ads & Email Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑focused Ads & Email Marketer to own our growth funnel. You will combine top‑of‑funnel paid acquisition with mid‑to‑bottom‑funnel email automation to turn cold traffic into high‑value, active users.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and scale target‑driven campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, allocating budgets based on CPA.
• Design and launch automated email drip sequences, including onboarding, transactional triggers, feature adoption, and re‑engagement flows.
• Write high‑converting ad copy and persuasive email content using proven copywriting frameworks.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages while ensuring proper pixel and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM).

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing paid ad budgets with a positive ROAS.
• Proficiency with major Email Service Providers and customer data platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tracking scripts and attribution windows.
