About the role
The Relationship Manager – Ecosystems for the South West region will drive revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and acquiring new business for the bank. The role focuses on both sales of banking products and the development of assets and liabilities across the territory.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the bank’s market share.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients.
- Promote bank products and services, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and report on revenue targets.
Required profile
- First degree in any discipline.
- 7‑10 years of experience in relationship management and sales within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong behavioural competencies such as idea generation, strategic thinking, people interaction, decision‑making and leadership.
