About the role
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead regulatory activities for a multinational consumer health company across key West African markets. You will ensure that medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and foods meet local regulatory standards and support successful product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regulatory strategies for product registrations and lifecycle management.
- Prepare and submit dossiers and applications to health authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local labeling, claims and promotional requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry bodies and external stakeholders.
- Provide regulatory guidance to cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, quality).
- Identify regulatory risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Maintain regulatory databases, documentation and compliance systems.
- Support the development of compliant product claims and promotional materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within West Africa.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and product registration processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- High integrity and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
