Registered Nurse / Midwife

About the role

Alfred & Victoria Associates is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse or Midwife to join its healthcare team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role involves direct patient care, coordination of nursing activities, and support for IVF and endoscopy services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily follow‑up calls, dispense medication, and manage drug inventories.
• Schedule appointments, perform scans, and demonstrate needle‑pricking techniques to clients.
• Coordinate donor recruitment, manage nursing staff allocations, and supervise nursing aides.
• Liaise with the Chief Legal Officer for endoscopy bookings and counselling sessions.
• Oversee housekeeping, nursing aid units, and training related to nursing activities.
• Organise monthly IVF and infertility forums, manage endoscopy instruments and drugs.
• Monitor client treatment schedules, approve requisitions, and report theatre incidents.
• Supervise activities at the nursing station and out‑station clinics.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse or Midwife with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in care provision or related service roles.
• Applicants must be at least 35 years old.
