Regional Mentor – Training & Coaching for Sales Teams

About the role

Sun King is seeking a Regional Mentor for its Delta region in Nigeria. The mentor will facilitate learning delivery, develop training content, and coach sales staff and agents across the area.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and field training sessions to sales teams.
• Maintain KPIs and achieve training targets.
• Design assessments in collaboration with the Training Manager.
• Drive 100% adoption of technology‑based tools among field staff.
• Use data tools to accelerate learning performance and communicate policy updates.
• Administer knowledge platforms, including Litmos LMS, and ensure lesson completion.
• Induct and mentor new field staff, continuously improving training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in training or coaching, preferably sales/marketing.
• Degree in Education or related field is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and willingness to travel to remote locations.
• Excellent communication skills and reliable work ethic.
