Regional Marketing Manager – Port Harcourt

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead our real‑estate marketing efforts in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State. You will drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver high‑impact campaigns that resonate with the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share within the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Design and execute high‑impact marketing campaigns and activations tailored to the local demographic.
• Develop and implement actionable strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Onboard and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, retailers, and industry influencers.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance reports to head office.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including sales data, market feedback, and ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience in real‑estate marketing is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of the local terrain, culture, commercial hubs and key decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and launching market‑penetration strategies.

• Ability to interpret sales data, market intelligence and campaign metrics for agile decision‑making.
