Regional Account Manager – West Africa (Commodity Market Data)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Account Manager to lead our commodity market data business across West Africa. You will work autonomously, designing your own success strategy while building strong, trusted relationships with existing clients and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers across West Africa, ensuring high retention rates.
• Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities to expand account revenue.
• Develop deep, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations.
• Collaborate with editorial, business development, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver value.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven record of growing accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate in dynamic, multicultural emerging markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English; French is strongly preferred.
