Real Estate Marketing Executive

About the role

Living Architecture Limited is looking for a results‑driven Real Estate Marketing Executive to join its team in Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for promoting residential and commercial properties, generating high‑quality leads, and guiding clients through the sales and rental process.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote residential and commercial properties.
• Generate quality leads and build a strong client pipeline.
• Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client presentations.
• Manage sales and rental transactions from inquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client and property records.
• Achieve monthly sales and business‑development targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client acquisition.
• Experience in real estate is an advantage.
