Real Estate Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Marketer to promote our property portfolio and investment offerings in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State region. The role involves generating leads, conducting property tours, and converting prospects into buyers while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote the company's real estate properties and investment offerings.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, digital marketing, and prospecting activities.
• Conduct site inspections, property tours, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into property buyers.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate property sales and guide clients through the purchase process.
• Prepare and present property proposals, quotations, and investment packages.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, open houses, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
• Submit regular sales and marketing reports to management.

Required profile

• OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in real estate sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and result‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
