Real Estate Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Manager will lead the acquisition, development, leasing and management of company‑owned and client properties across Nigeria, ensuring optimal utilization and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and identify investment opportunities.
• Negotiate leases and contracts with tenants and partners.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and engineering teams on transactions.
• Supervise property maintenance and resolve tenant and stakeholder issues.
• Monitor budgets, rental income and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate property records.
• Support strategic planning for the real estate portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Engineering or related field; professional certifications a plus.
• Prior experience in real estate or property management, preferably within engineering or construction.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian real estate laws, regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct market research, financial analysis and feasibility studies.
