RDC Warehouse Supervisor – Supply Chain

About the role

The RDC Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch of inventory to meet customer service and depot performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, put-away, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Verify inbound and outbound stock quantities, documentation, batch details, and product condition.
• Coordinate warehouse personnel and allocate tasks to achieve order fulfilment and Truck Turnaround Time targets.
• Maintain proper stacking, location management, housekeeping, and compliance with Stacking Pattern Standards.
• Conduct cycle counts, support periodic stock audits, and investigate inventory variances.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in inventory and documentation.
