About the role

MDaaS Global is seeking a full‑time Radiographer to join its diagnostic clinic in Akure. You will perform high‑quality imaging procedures, primarily digital X‑rays, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients, operate digital X‑ray and other imaging equipment, and acquire accurate diagnostic images.
• Maintain detailed imaging records, conduct routine equipment checks, and adhere to radiation protection and infection‑prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and administrative staff to deliver timely imaging results and support quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging from an accredited institution, with current professional registration or licence as required locally.
• Experience in a busy diagnostic clinic or hospital radiology department, especially in resource‑limited or community‑focused settings.
• Strong attention to detail, ethical practice, and commitment to patient confidentiality and inclusive care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital X‑ray equipment and patient positioning techniques.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and infection‑prevention measures.
• Comfort using basic digital tools and health information systems for scheduling, reporting and data management.
