About the role
The Radio Manager will lead Sleekfm’s station operations, shaping its brand and audience experience. Based in Agbor, Delta State, you will oversee programming, commercial scheduling and digital content to drive growth and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the station’s programming strategy, including music policy, scheduling and on‑air talent management.
- Coordinate commercial scheduling, sales promotions and revenue‑generating initiatives.
- Manage the station’s imaging, website, social media and digital content production.
- Train, mentor and evaluate presenters and on‑air staff.
- Oversee music editing, production and ensure consistent station sound.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in radio or podcasting environments.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Passion for music and spoken‑word content.
- Willingness to relocate to Agbor, Delta State.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with basic music editing software.
