About the role
The Quantity Surveyor will join Bahms Technical Company Ltd. on-site in Ikeja, supporting building and MEP projects through accurate cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform quantity take‑offs for building and MEP works.
- Develop cost plans, monitor project budgets, update cost forecasts and produce regular financial reports.
- Support tender preparation, evaluation and contract administration, tracking variations and managing cost control measures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Demonstrated ability in BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off and measurement for building and MEP projects.
- Strong experience in cost planning, budgeting and cost forecasting.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, tendering procedures and standard forms of contract.
