Quality Control Analyst – Laboratory Lead

About the role

The Quality Control Analyst will lead and manage all laboratory activities related to feed testing, ensuring that products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This role combines technical oversight with team mentorship to drive continuous improvement in laboratory performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, guaranteeing accurate testing and analysis of feed samples.
• Develop, validate, and implement testing protocols and laboratory procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Supervise and mentor lab technicians, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify quality issues and execute corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality policies.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar quality control or laboratory role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
