About the role
Astracrest Investment Limited is hiring a Project/Construction Manager in Lagos (Marina) to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The role involves coordinating and supervising contractors, artisans, engineers and other project staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion
- Supervise contractors, artisans, engineers and other project personnel
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards and quality requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND in a related field
