Project Support Coordinator

About the role

The Project Support Coordinator is a full‑time hybrid position based in Port Harcourt, supporting the planning and implementation of IMBUU’s narrative‑focused projects across film, podcasts, exhibitions and immersive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and meetings, tracking tasks and milestones.
• Maintain project files and prepare progress reports for the team and collaborators.
• Facilitate communication between creative, technical and administrative stakeholders.
• Handle logistical details for productions and events, and support budgeting and resource allocation.
• Provide general administrative assistance and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong project support and coordination experience, managing timelines, tasks and documentation.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret project data, monitor progress and identify risks and solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling, record‑keeping and productivity tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration in Port Harcourt with remote tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest or familiarity with narrative work, cultural storytelling or social impact projects (advantage).
• Relevant education or training in project management, communications, arts administration or a related field (beneficial).
