Project Officer – Integrated Health

About the role

The Project Officer – Integrated Health will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of integrated health interventions, including nutrition, maternal and child health, global health security, and polio activities, in line with CRS standards and national guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement assigned integrated health activities following CRS program quality standards, donor requirements, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges or gaps, and report findings to enable timely adjustments to plans and schedules.
• Support partners in reflecting on project experiences and facilitate evaluation activities, ensuring data collection and analysis using specified tools.
• Prepare regular reports according to the established reporting schedule and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assess capacity needs of staff and partner organisations, deliver technical support and capacity‑building activities, and track their delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in implementing health projects, preferably in nutrition, maternal and child health, or disease surveillance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with state teams, NGOs, and community organisations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Willingness to be based in Kaduna and travel to project sites in Kaduna and Yobe states.
