Project Manager – Power Sector (Hybrid, Lagos)

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of power‑sector digital projects. Based in Lagos and working in a hybrid model, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of power‑sector projects, from planning through execution to delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, budgeting and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and distributed teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including public‑sector representatives and third‑party vendors.
• Produce regular project documentation, status reports and executive briefings.
• Oversee vendor and third‑party engagements, ensuring contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex software or digital projects, preferably in the power or public‑sector domain.
• Strong ability to handle multiple high‑level stakeholders and navigate public‑sector environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Demonstrated capability to motivate and align teams toward common objectives.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (Agile).
• Budgeting, scheduling and resource planning.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.
• Basic cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, data security and integration concepts.
