Project Manager (Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven and organized Project Manager to oversee product development cycles, manage team deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of growth and operational initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the Founder and core leads across Product, Growth, and Operations to drive execution on key milestones and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and reporting across product and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate sprints and deliverables between product, engineering, and design teams.
• Track progress against quarterly strategic goals and impact campaigns.
• Maintain and update Notion/Jira project dashboards, ensuring task clarity and accountability.
• Manage communication flows across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify risks and blockers early, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support the rollout of new platform features and community campaigns in alignment with DynaRaise’s roadmap.
• Prepare concise weekly progress summaries and milestone updates for leadership and investors.
• Support documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years experience in Project Management or Operations, preferably in a tech startup or social enterprise.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methods.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• Passion for technology, impact, and social innovation.
