Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead technology projects from initiation to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, budgets and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, define scope, objectives, deliverables and milestones for technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against KPIs.
• Coordinate software developers, designers, engineers, IT specialists, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, resources and procurement, ensuring projects stay within agreed limits.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates and prepare regular reports for management.
• Manage changes to scope with proper documentation and approvals.
• Oversee testing, implementation, deployment and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing technology or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with project budgeting, risk management and resource planning.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master are a plus.
