About the role

Quema Consulting Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and engineering projects in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule and monitor execution of construction activities.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks and changes.
  • Lead project teams, coordinate site activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Conduct project closure, review outcomes and document lessons learned.

Required profile

  • Minimum HND or B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
  • Registered with COREN.
  • At least four years of experience managing construction and engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership, coordination and site‑management capabilities.
  • Ability to oversee execution and ensure timely delivery.

    • Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 600,000.
