Project Manager – Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

PAISCI is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead collaborative initiatives that bring together government agencies, international partners, research institutions, and private sector stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Africa’s supply chain and logistics ecosystem through effective partnership building and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multi‑stakeholder projects across government, international organizations, and industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and institutional stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and partnership dialogues.
• Support the creation of partnership proposals, project concepts, and collaboration frameworks.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting for all involved parties.
• Organise conferences, forums, and international engagements related to supply chain and logistics development.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement planning for key initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven capacity to coordinate multi‑stakeholder initiatives and manage project timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
