Project Manager – Audio/Visual Projects

About the role
The Project Manager will work with the management team to successfully execute a variety of audio/visual projects, overseeing all phases from planning to post‑project follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Define technical requirements, including logistics, scheduling, power, rigging, site needs and CAD drawings.
- Plan and schedule qualified technicians for each project, coordinating multi‑site and multi‑function assignments.
- Conduct site surveys well in advance and attend them as required.
- Manage project budgets, costs and ensure delivery within scope.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the audio/visual industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV and Film preferred.
- Professional presentation with excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment and travel to project sites as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of video, audio, lighting and scenic elements.
