About the role
We are seeking a full-time Project Management Instructor to join our training centre in Ikeja. You will design and deliver engaging curriculum covering core project management principles, tools and methodologies, helping students gain practical, job-ready skills.
Key responsibilities
- Develop course materials and lesson plans that cover Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and related project management frameworks.
- Facilitate hands-on, project-based learning sessions and workshops.
- Provide personalized mentorship, guidance and feedback to diverse learners.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes and practical projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging project management tools.
Required profile
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Trello or Jira.
- Strong teaching, public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Experience in mentorship and hands-on instruction.
- Formal certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly valued.
