Project Management Associate – Vaccine Innovation (Kebbi State)

About the role

PATH is recruiting a Project Management Associate to support the implementation of a routine immunization strengthening project in Kebbi State, Nigeria. The role provides day‑to‑day operational support, develops and tracks schedules, manages project risk, and creates tools and processes to enable project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Lead, State Program Manager and team members to develop integrated work plans and milestones.
• Track and maintain project‑level schedules, resource plans, travel, procurement, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain a risk register, create mitigation plans, and monitor issue resolution.
• Create and manage project‑management tools for planning and tracking.
• Support donor reporting, grant proposal development, and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, nursing or related field with at least five years of programmatic experience in health or immunization services.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, strong time‑management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project‑management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
