Project Engineer III

About the role

The Project Engineer III will lead comprehensive project management for large‑scale design‑and‑build oil and gas initiatives in Nigeria. This contractor position is permanently onsite, focusing on cost, schedule, and technical performance of geophysical field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement robust cost and schedule control mechanisms to keep projects within budget and timeline.
• Oversee document management systems and contract administration, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Coordinate design‑and‑build workflows among general contractors, sub‑consultants, and internal technical teams.
• Direct project reporting and vendor invoicing processes, aligning them with operational milestones.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high‑level stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project coordination and technical management on large‑scale oil and gas design‑and‑build projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Advanced fluency in written and spoken English.
• Valid health, safety, and offshore certifications for the duration of employment.
