Project Director

About the role

The Project Director will lead the planning, execution and delivery of key initiatives across BOUGIE’s wellness, movement, community and grooming services. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos ensures projects align with the club’s brand standards and member experience goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, timelines and budgets while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Track progress with project management tools, prepare status reports and proactively manage risks.
• Facilitate meetings, prioritize tasks and optimise processes for new programs, spaces and services.
• Mentor team members and support strategic planning for future growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in hospitality, wellness or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Interest in wellness, fitness, grooming and inclusive, member‑centred service.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies such as Agile and PMI frameworks.
• Use of Gantt charts, dashboards and other scheduling/budgeting tools.
