Project Control Lead & Contract Engineer

About the role

The Project Control Lead & Contract Engineer will support the Onshore Package Manager in delivering the EPCC contract from award through to operations. The role is accountable for contract administration, cost and schedule control, change and risk management, ensuring the project meets budget, timeline and safety objectives, with start‑up targeted for Q4 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise EPCC contract administration for the IMA Onshore Packages, ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies procedures.
• Implement project control standards, produce cost, schedule and change control reports, and manage documentation in partnership with the DCC function.
• Develop, maintain and control the package execution schedule, monitor progress, identify critical paths and support mitigation actions.
• Supervise cost monitoring, commitment tracking, forecasting and budget performance in close collaboration with Finance/Cost Control.
• Consolidate, assess and manage variations, claims and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EPCC contract delivery within the energy sector (oil, gas or renewables).
• Strong understanding of contract governance, cost control, schedule management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to work closely with finance, documentation and engineering teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for early identification of cost deviations and schedule impacts.
