Project Architect

About the role

Arcs and Glass is looking for a Project Architect to own the drawing production process and ensure that design documents match what is built on site. The role combines detailed drawing work with regular site visits to verify construction progress.

Key responsibilities

• Lead drawing production across multiple off‑plan residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants to resolve clashes before construction.
• Issue revisions, addenda, and site instructions as the project evolves.
• Review shop drawings and submittals against the design intent.
• Maintain a drawing register with strict revision control.
• Produce as‑built drawings and close‑out documentation.
• Mentor junior architects and CAD technicians.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture and ARCON registration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a project architect.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and 3D Max.
• Experience delivering multi‑storey projects from design through construction.
• In‑depth knowledge of Nigerian building codes and approval processes.
• Off‑plan or speculative development experience is a strong advantage.
