Project Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced, detail‑oriented Project Architect to lead a fast‑paced interior design project from production through installation. The role requires strong coordination, site management, factory supervision, logistics, and installation expertise within interior design, furniture, or construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
• Coordinate and supervise project execution from start to finish.
• Ensure delivery according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor site activities, maintain quality standards, and provide daily progress reports.
• Liaise with contractors, artisans, vendors, and clients.
• Identify and resolve project challenges promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Completed NYSC.
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Consistent communication on status and milestones.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design software.
• Project management capabilities.

What we offer
