Program Manager

About the role

Copen Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead its vocational and corporate training initiatives in Enugu. You will design, schedule, and execute training cohorts while ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact. This role bridges education, stakeholder management, and data‑driven evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, schedule, and execute vocational cohorts and corporate training workshops.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise specialized technical master trainers across trade disciplines.
• Maintain communication with project partners, government agencies, and funding bodies.
• Manage the admissions pipeline, track student attendance, and coordinate assessments and field placements.
• Collect, track, and analyze training data to produce impact reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach campaigns that boost enrollment.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education Management, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 4 years of administrative experience, with 2+ years managing vocational schools, NGOs, corporate academies, or youth development programs.
• Strong public speaking and relationship‑building abilities, with knowledge of Enugu’s socio‑economic landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using data management tools.
