Program & Community Manager

About the role

UstackSchool is seeking a Program & Community Manager to design, launch, and scale initiatives that unite our learner community and drive meaningful engagement. You will operate at the crossroads of operations, marketing, and customer experience, owning the full lifecycle of community programs from concept to measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver virtual and in‑person community programs, events, and initiatives on time and within budget.
• Define program goals, KPIs, and success metrics; track performance and provide regular insights to leadership.
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and documentation to enable scalable program delivery.
• Manage vendors, venues, speakers, and partners as needed.
• Grow and nurture community spaces on Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Circle.so, and Slack.
• Design and run community activities such as AMAs, challenges, onboarding flows, and webinars.
• Moderate discussions, ensure inclusive interactions, and act as the liaison between the community and internal teams.
• Support mentors, coaches, and instructors by coordinating schedules and tracking engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align community programs with brand campaigns and product roadmaps.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in program management, community management, events, or a related role, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset to define metrics, track performance, and iterate on programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
