Professional Trainer / Facilitator

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Professional Trainer / Facilitator to deliver high‑quality classroom, outdoor and online training programmes across multiple professional disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training programmes both physically and virtually.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations and practical exercises.
• Conduct participant assessments and evaluations.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure learner engagement.
• Provide industry‑based practical knowledge and case studies.
• Prepare training reports and feedback documentation.
• Support curriculum improvement and course development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical industry and training experience.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Professional certifications relevant to the chosen training categories.
• Ability to train both onsite and online.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is an advantage.
