About the role

We are looking for a skilled Professional Gamer to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and involves competing on the Micro1 platform, executing strategies and maintaining high performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in scheduled competitive gaming sessions on the Micro1 platform.
• Execute in‑game strategies and adapt to dynamic scenarios.
• Maintain high performance metrics and rankings in designated games.
• Collaborate with teammates in multiplayer or coordinated gaming environments.
• Follow platform guidelines and uphold professional conduct during sessions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated proficiency in competitive gaming and strategy execution.
• Experience with high‑performance gaming setups and equipment.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic gaming environments.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and reflexes.
• Familiarity with online gaming platforms and competitive ranking systems.
